Carlsbad Visitation Program
The Carlsbad Visitation Program is educated to and meets all the requirements of 2011 California Rules of Court Standard 5.20. Uniform standards of practice for providers of supervised visitation and specifically of C (3)A "therapeutic provider".
1.Prior to visitation services both parties will meet with the visitation monitor separately and provide all documentation from the courts.
2.During these initial consultations.. The interests of the of child and the goals of the visitation will be clarified and discussed.
3.Visitation may occur in the clinical setting of the play room of the CVC or at local parks/ beaches or other family friendly venues if deemed acceptable by both parties and the monitor.
4.At the end of each visitation, a standard form will be given to each party with the following: the date, time, and duration of the contact or visit;
who attended the visit.
All other documentation will be done in accordance or the court mandate for the specific case as required by law.
The fee is $45 per hour, with a weekly minimum of two hours.
