I provide private confidential psychotherapy, education and counseling in my Carlsbad  office to those in North San Diego County and  via e-mail and phone consultation when appropriate.

Counseling always starts with a telephone call in which we discuss your reasons for counseling, answer any questions that you may have and go over the legal and ethical considerations . You will also (if you decide to proceed) be given a consent for care and family history forms via fax or e-mail. These will need to be completed and returned prior to the first official therapy session. All in office sessions run 50 minutes or with e-mails back to back ,chat sessions and phone sessions  these are billed in 15 mins increments.
Mediation services and litigation and deposition services run a bit higher due to the preparation time of reviewing documents and contacts with your attorney or others involved.

 

                        

 Life Happens and when you want or need a therapist isn't always the "right time" or scheduling can take days or sometimes weeks. With online psychotherapy services.. within 24 hours you are able to have your questions answered or have an initial consultation.

"Mediation and deposition preparation"
I am a trained mediator and although I do not mediate for the court system I do work to prepare clients for depositions, court appearances and other litigation meetings.

 I have been a licensed psychotherapist in California since 1994 and have been working with individuals, families and couples since 1986. I am also certified in Child Development and Parent Education. My extensive training and work with couples and individuals has prepared me to meet the needs of most people that are seeking counsel, help or just have a question on your timeframe with a response when the issue need or arises.
